breakfast: green smoothie
Snack: 1/2 apple, turkey slice and provolone slice
Lunch: left over Couscous salad
1/2 apple, bag of cherry tomatoes, celery and carrots. Snack: rest of turkey Snack: Caesar salad and carrots
Dinner: Chinese chicken salad and a few bites of chocolate lava cake and ice cream

Snack: Apple and tortilla chips
Lunch: whoops- 2 slice pizza Snack: garden salad
Dinner: Broccoli soup- onion, nutmeg veg broth, rolled oats, broccoli. Boiled then pureed. So good. Seasoned and baked sweet potatoes. Dessert: whoops- chocolate chip calzone! Claim jumper recipe. GSD#14
Breakfast: Apple, carrots
Snack: Fruit leather
Lunch: huge Cobb salad via smitten kitchen. Half orange
Dinner: Broccoli soup, 1 piece bread, potato and sweet potatoes seasoned and baked. Fruit salad. Dessert: 1 cookie
