Breakfast: green smoothie. Mango, blueberries, black berries and spinach. Snack: cinnamon almonds
Lunch: Teddy’s hamburger, handful or fries and a little Dr. Pepper.
Snack: carrots (a bunch)
Dinner: couscous with zucchini, red onion, mint and chopped pistachios. Dressing: garlic, lemon juice and zest, honey and evoo.
Snack: 1 no back.
