Breakfast: Sprouted oats, cinnamon and coconut oil (consistency of butter).
Lunch: 1 cup orzo, mint and feta leftovers.
Snack: 1 no bake cookie (eh, only tasted ok).
Dinner: vegetable burritos with guacamole and a small portion of cheese. Veggies were red onion, garlic, green onion, yellow squash and cherry tomatoes. Pan tossed with coconut oil, paprika, red chili flakes, cumin and taco seasoning. Also had a delicious piece of corn on the con with S&P. Snack: Green smoothie.
