Jake and I are doing a Green Smoothie Detox for 28 days. This first 7 days are a transition period. Because I am nursing I need to not go full on so I will be having a green smoothie at every meal and supplementing with whole grains and vegetables until I feel just satisfied. Breakfast: GS and steel cut oats
Lunch: Provolone and herb turkey, avocado and 1 tbsp dressing, nut bar and green smoothie.
Snack: Nut bar
Dinner: BC of trip to ER we hit up Whole Foods salad bar and had Odwalla smoothie.
