I saw a car blow up yesterday

Yesterday I had one of the most surreal experiences of my life. I was running an errand at our local shopping mall here and saw a car explode and man burn to death.

I was crossing the street and heard a loud bang and then a muffler shot off the back of a car and flames engulfed the small black car. The security guards were running around in craze to figure out what happened and what to do next. I immediately pulled out my phone and started snapping photos until I realized a mans arms were flailing out his car window. At that time my feet were rooted in the ground and I did not move. I hysterically started yelling across the street to pull the man out. The guards got fire extinguishers and were putting out the flames. After all the smoke cleared I saw the mans charred body in the car. I felt really uneasy and just wanted to get home. I did not stick around to see what the after math was, I had seen enough.

Local news sources have many different stories as to why the car blew up. I guess we will just wait and see. {Article found herehere, here, photos here}
